We always recommend you protect your software investment by carefully considering these optional software update plans.

Luxriot EVO Launched

Humble Beginnings :

Launched amongst great excitement at IFSEC on the 26 June 2016, EVO burst onto the screens with ANPR overlays, 64 Bit WIndows OS, with Global and EVO S both on show, along with demonstrations of Mobile Video Streaming, we recall a very busy stand for the 3 days of the show.

Luxriot EVO Training

The First Few Months :

July saw Luxriot visiting the UK and providing specialist training to our Videcom engineers, shortly after this we passed the training exams and became an authorised EVO Global installer, integrator and reseller.

We worked with Luxriot, working through technical issues and developments.

Luxriot EVO Video Wall

First EVO Sales and Upgrade :

By the end of August 2016 Videcom was upgrading their first VNR customer City Centre CCTV control Room.

Upgrading whilst retaining VNR video archives, updating video wall operation and client workstations.

Existing customer hardware was reused.

Since these early days of initial training and installation Videcom Security have worked closely with the team at Luxriot, with ongoing training, recommending new features and development opportunity as well as continuing to sell, promote, install and upgrade EVO installations. Below we have highlights of the Evolution of Luxriot EVO, with new version features as the software evolves from release 1.2 onwards with 1.7 being released only 20 months after the original launch. There have already been some great leaps forward and although the EVO brand remains very recognisable EVO continues to evolve and grow in strength, highlights for Videcom Security include Geo Maps, External Serial Data and h265 support.
