EVO Global Failover Servers :

Luxriot EVO Failover enables quick automated recovery of the recording and server video streaming in case of a sudden failure. Your EVO Global* server carefully tracks the operation of all the servers in a configured failover cluster; if the heartbeat response times out, the central Global management server assumes that the target recording/streaming server is down and immediately replaces that server with a spare one.

Multiple Failover servers can be added to server groups, along with the ability to configure multiple failover groups for additional CCTV system resilience. Management server mirroring is also available.

Audit and UAC :

Comprehensive User Control including Active Directory Support. Create users and user groups and assign specific resources and functions to these system subscribers

For example you can allow camera viewing but not playback, allow viewing only from mobile, or just locally, you can restrict camera PTZ functions. Luxriot EVO User Account Control is extremely flexible and manager friendly.

Failback Storage :

Within EVO servers you can configure your storage into different groups allowing for example certain cameras to be stored in Storage Area 1 and others in Storage Area B.

Failback is a shared failback storage area, should storage fail for Area A or Area B, Failback will take over this function allowing recording to continue while the main storage error is rectified.

Virtual IP CCTV Matrix :

Luxriot EVO has a built in Video Surveillance Virtual CCTV Matrix. Camera streams and managed and distributed by the EVO Server, delivering video to an unlimited number of client connections. EVO Global takes the Video Matrix concept further with multiple servers connected within the EVO network, connecting cameras, clients and displays globally..

Working much like a traditional analogue video CCTV system the Luxriot Virtual IP CCTV Matrix provides connectivity between EVO video streams and client monitors & Video Walls.

Luxriot Stand Alone EVO Player :

Stand Alone Player supports both exported video AVI, MP4 and MKV as well as having the ability to replay removed media and storage drives.

Using EVO SAP, you have the ability to connect an EVO storage drive or device and replay the data on the drive as if it was still connected to your working EVO system. Great for major evidence seizure.

You can append Portable Player when exporting video data.

Archive Data Export Wizard :

A powerful utility Wizard found in the Luxriot Tools programs folder, this utility allows for bulk export of video data.

This data can then be replayed using the EVO Stand Alone Player.

Simply run this Wizard and choose your start and end times, then select your video channels and archived streams, destination storage device and the wizard will then take over and collate the data onto your removable media (Typically USB Hard Drive).

Online Fault Reporting Wizard :

Another very useful tool allowing you to send fault reports electronically direct to Luxriot.

The wizard will automatically collate information and logs from your server and send these electronically to Luxriot Support.
