Video Wall

EVO Video Wall gives users the ability to send video, video montages, maps and defined screen layouts direct to a shared video wall resource, typically used for CCTV command & control room applications and for sending video over IP to a remote monitoring facility such as law enforcement or remote client monitoring facility.

The Luxriot EVO Video Wall offers enhanced configuration options and functionality enabling simple user management of large-video-display installations. A vital function when operating large-scale security video surveillance systems.

Video Wall is an operator push function where operators can request video displays to be sent to a monitor or groups of monitors, EVO EVents and Actions can also automate delivery to the video wall display. EVO Video Wall is an enterprise VMS EVO Global feature and not available with EVO S or Complimentary.

How to build the wall

EVO Global can mange almost any configuration of displays. Typically a video wall driver will connected to one, two or four large screen monitors but configurations, subject to hardware capability, can support up to 20 monitors from a single wall driver computer.

Do I need special Software ?

No, the standard Luxriot EVO monitor client software supports , through configuration the operation of the video wall. There is no licensing limit to the number of video walls you can build and deploy.

Users can also create mirror copies of video wall to allow both local and remote display.

Luxriot User Account Control

Can I restrict who has wall access ?

Yes, through EVO advanced User Account COntrol and visual groups you can restrict the users who have access to the video walls.

Video walls can be assigned to different groups allowing for a very flexible solution.

Flexible Easy Configuration:

Video wall configuration using Luxriot EVO is very flexible and allows users to set up video output of virtually any physical display combination.

Video wall setup with Luxriot EVO is very easy and similar to basic montage layout template creation: templates are constructed via Luxriot EVO Console and then assigned an actual layout/channel view from Luxriot EVO Monitor. Default wall layouts can also be assigned from operator monitor workstations.

To access video wall management in Luxriot EVO Console, choose the Configuration section in the bottom-left-hand panel and then select the Video Walls component from the menu on the left.
